I enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall. The location was beautiful with stone and masonry elements, but it lacked nearby dining options and activities. The service stood out with super friendly staff, though the rooms could use some updating. My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were modern and well-maintained with great A/C, but it was noisy and limited food options after 11:00pm. The service was attentive and lovely but needs a little improvement. The location had beautiful surroundings, but the lack of nearby restaurants was disappointing. The dining experience was disorganized with limited food options during all meals.
Upon arrival, the hotel was too close to loud music from Merida, which was a bit disturbing. It's important to be prepared for limited food options after 11:00 pm as most places are closed. The air conditioning in the rooms was not working, which was inconvenient.
